As a dedicated Mortgage Underwriter and Fulfillment Specialist, he works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure your approval and closing process is smooth, secure, and entirely stress-free. Steven holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Finance, a degree that serves as the analytical foundation for his strategic approach to the mortgage industry. Having grown up immersed in his family’s real estate development and renovation business, Steven possesses an innate understanding of property value from the ground up. This lifelong exposure was further solidified during university, where he completed a pivotal co-op placement at a mortgage brokerage, gaining early, high-level insight into the lending landscape. Since launching his career as a solo agent at the age of 26, Steven has balanced managing his own clientele with his contributions to the family business, a dual role that has sharpened his commitment to providing a seamless, boutique client experience. He is currently pursuing advanced mortgage licensing and specialized certifications to further deepen his expertise and his "all-in" dedication to the mortgage field.
